Corie & Shane Barrows
Operations & General Managers
Corie & Shane have been Vermont residents their entire lives and currently reside in Pomfret, Vermont! Corie & Shane have been married for 25 years and this is their third year in business! Shane spent 18 years as a General Contractor and Corie was an Administrative Assistant for 12 years prior to starting Renewal by Andersen of Vermont. When they decided that Renewal by Andersen was the route they wanted to go with their careers, they flew to Minnesota to meet the RBA team and learned it was a top notch company with fantastic people. They loved that their team supported you every step of the way and had a major focus on customer relations. As this company continues to grow, Renewal by Andersen now has 16 fantastic employees including Corie & Shane. They are currently awaiting the arrival of their first grandchild and can’t wait to see what the future has in store!!
Kent Olsen — Sales Manager
Anna Hewitt — Marketing & Events Director
Anna joined the RBA team after spending 5 years in the Event Industry. Anna is from Plattsburgh, NY. Anna likes to consider marketing her niche. Anna loves to write/blog, cook and scroll through Pinterest with a huge cup of coffee! With a few years in the Wedding Industry, she loves to assist with wedding planning & special events when she can. She is a huge animal lover and tries to spend as much off time with family & friends as possible.
Dave Friedman — Design Consultant
Dave joined us after spending 30 great years in the car business. He was in the Marine Corps for 9 years prior to being in the car business. Dave has 3 daughters and became a proud grandfather for the first time this past July! He loves hiking, boating, music and billiards. He loves to play the bass and plays gigs on occasion! Dave also compete’s in the APA Nine Ball League locally!
Justen Gordon — Design Consultant
Justen is a native Vermonter and currently resides in Bradford, Vermont with his wife and three children. Justen worked in the window & building supply industry for 16 years and is approaching his second year with RBA of Vermont! He is an avid sports fan who enjoys volunteering with his town’s youth sports organizations.
Kurtis Olsen — Design Consultant
Kurtis joins us from the other side of Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh, NY. Kurtis joins RBA of Vermont after he pursued his passion for hockey. He used to play for the Vermont Lumberjacks which is located in Burlington. Kurtis loves to travel which makes this job more fun for him as he gets to drive/travel around Vermont all the time to meet his customers & clients!
